TRADITIONAL METHODS
All restoration work is carried out using traditional methods and materials and you can be confident that your furniture is in the hands of professionals who care about your furniture and their reputation and who are sympathetic to the period that the furniture represents


MARQUETRY
Marquetry restoration, using the hand cut method, is completed with appropriate shading and colouring to match the original.

CARVING
Repairs to carvings and mouldings and copying ,or remaking, carved components will be dealt with by our specialist carver.

CLOCKS
We restore clock cases and can arrange to have your movement restored by skilled specialists thus providing a comprehensive service.

UPHOLSTERY
Our regular upholsterers will be happy to take care of your needs and provide you with a traditional professional service.


ON SITE WORK
We offer an on site service when circumstances demand. This is usually only appropriate for minor repairs and slight damage to polished surfaces.

MAINTENANCE
We are happy to take care of the maintenance of collections however large. Regular annual inspections, can be carried out followed by an appropriate maintenance service. A regular periodic waxing service is provided to give your furniture that well loved sheen it deserves. It not only enhances the beauty of the wood but helps to preserve your investment.
